My Management Consulting began in 1987 with IMPAC Integrated Systems as a Business Analyst, Change Management Coach (Organizational Psychology) and Project Recruiter. On Information Systems my career started with Optima Technology, but previously I'd been delivering and training MIS to small and medium sized companies for financial analysis and other business metrics. Today I mostly "solve" issues by taking a case, doing business analysis and then recommending the best technology solution. My MBA is about the use of technology towards business strategy from entrepreneur through global enterprise solutions. Most often today I am asked to "integrate" teams in different locations or even countries to fulfill critical or essential business operations or administrative functions. As of 2009 we now offer ADR, CM and Ombudsman services towards preserving a company's assets, contracts, key employees and board governance issues. Many of today's business issues require true "out of the box" solutions, not just thinking and I've been able through collaboration to assist, no one does it alone. My peers have noted that "I'm the consultant's consultant" when it comes to innovation and difficult cases needing workable solutions. How can we be of service?
