He has invested in and managed several small businesses over the last thirty years and currently serves as Director of Collins & Collins Investments in Miami. Doug is a member of the Florida Bar's unlicensed practice of law committee, a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, has rendered fairness opinions for litigation support, has served as chair of technology committees for the Commercial Realtor Association and the Florida Business Brokers Association. He is a TEC member and volunteer SCORE Counselor. The Florida Association of Realtors and Florida Commercial Magazine have published articles written by Mr. Baumwall. He is a Certified Business Intermediary and teaches continuing professional education to Certified Public Accountants in South Florida.
