Digitizer Group is an IT business solutions consulting firm that began its operations in November of 1998. It was first registered under the name “Digitizer”, a partnership founded by Val A. Slastnikov and Charles B. States who spent the last 10 years helping out companies become more profitable, by focusing on building strategic alliances, choosing the right IT solutions and hiring the best IT resources.
Our company slogan is "IT Solutions - Better, Cheaper, Faster." It means that we understand a sense of urgency, we allow our customers to engage with us by methods they feel comfortable with, and, unlike most of our competitors, we do not require our clients to sign any long-term agreements on project delivery.

Val A. Slastnikov is a Certified IT Solutions and Risk Management Consultant with the Certificate in IT Solutions Consulting from CDW Canada Academy, a Strategic Planning Certificate from the School of Managers in Sofia, Bulgaria and a Bachelor's degree from Irkutsk State University of Russian Federation.
Val has 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, out of which he spent the last 3+ years in IT Business Solutions Consulting, more than 5 years in IT Recruiting and 10+ years in Business to Business Consulting. Val also has 15+ years of Business Development, 15+ years of Account Management experience and a solid track record of achievements in the variety of industries.
Val continues his consulting career working with various sizes of corporate clients all across Canada to keep the edge and maintain strong sense of the latest trends in the IT Consulting Industry, at the same time jointly running the company.
Charles B. States has recently retired from the City of Mississauga where he worked as a Transit Operator for almost 20 years and where he has a solid track record of achievements. Prior to that Charles gained extensive Sales and Management track record in Retail and Healthcare. During his professional career Charles was able to build a solid Network of relationships within Public Sector and Real Estate industries. Charles has been running the operations side of Digitizer on a part time basis for the last 10 years and now is planning to run Digitizer Group on a full time basis, contributing his professional expertise to the corporation.
