Dr. Terry Hicks is the founder and President of Leadership Dynamics, LLC. He provides his clients with the Performance Management, Leadership, and IT solutions needed to attain the alignment of daily operations with improved and sustained performance resulting in the achievement of their strategic objectives. . Dr. Hicks has been a technical and management consultant for over 20 years. He has worked in the public sector for 15 years as a database and process improvement consultant for the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, Army Reserve
Corp of Engineers, and the Naval Ship Yards. Earlier, he worked in the public sector as a principle partner for an investment Firm; serving as a financial analyst and broker. He has proudly served in middle management and senior executive level management in Apparel manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and Restaurant industries in both sales and operations.
As an information technology and management consultant, Dr. Hicks has emphasized approaches to assist organizations achieve sustained success and viability, using solid ethical and people oriented principles to attain the vision. His work has included systems and policy analysis, planning, integrated management practices, effective operations practices in private firms and government organizations, domestically and abroad, and technical computing and process control.
