I have expertise in all aspects of starting and running a small business in Albania and the UK. I am familiar with legal aspects, basic accounting and finance, marketing and adverting, research and planning, and investing.
I am also experienced in international property investment. I was first interested in property when I bought my first 2 properties in Australia in 2001. Since moving to the UK in 2002, I started investing in buy-to-let property in the UK. After realising the small gains in regards to the rental and capital growth, she started looking at international property.
I am a property consultant, and also experienced as an estate agent and a marketing manager. I have been researching and following various property markets for the past 4 years, and have invested in Australia, UK, Brazil and Albania. I have travelled extensively through Europe, South East Asia, to the US, Caribbean, Egypt and Cape Verde.
I am constantly researching international property markets, studying emerging countries economics, business and economy trends and social online media and networking.
I also write a blog, regularly Twitter, and understand CMS websites and basic web programming.
