My Expert Service

Mitch Ellner, Chief Advisor and CEO, is the Managing Partner and Founder of CNC, Inc. He is a seasoned executive with several years in both an internal and external capacity implementing strategic initiatives through maximizing the productivity and performance of human and organizational capital. The experience in of itself has provided the ability to understand an organization from the inside out and vice versa. Where the simplicity comes from is having had to wade through the manure that we always seem to come across in an organization and seeing just how complicated we all seem to make things when it truly comes down to the simplicity in communication and how we either do or don’t do such! This bio could easily provide a diatribe of experience and expertise, yet how will that make it simple? Simple is taking the time to have a conversation, ask and answer a few questions and then decide and define if you want to maintain a business of complexity or go simple! You decide.
