For the last 13 years I have counseled first time homebuyers in qualifying for a mortgage, succeeding with their first real estate purchase without feeling inadequate. I answer all questions pertaining to the entire process from getting qualified to finding a reputable attorney, title company, loan product and closing the deal. I have knowledge in programs available for fisrt time buyers such as; first home club, grants available for first time home buyers, down payment and closing cost assistant programs for first time home buyers. Counseling first time home buyers helps alleviate the pressures of not knowing what to do and feeling alone in the process.

I started in the Real Estate field 13 yars ago. Along with this field I landed a job with a not for profit where I was able to counsel clients, one on one. In those session I would discuss the entire process from qualifying for a mortgage to closing the deal. I also held seminars, classes for employors, and businesses, along with training employees from other affliates.
