I grew up in the restaurant business and have direct experience working as a host, busperson, server and bartender. I have 20 years experience managing all aspects of restaurant operations. I have managed and coached a wide variety of restaurants, including family dining, casual dining, fine dining, multi-unit and clubs. Positions held include Manager, General Manager, Director of New Projects, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing & Community Relations and Managing Partner. I have extensive experience creating profitable banquet and catering programs.
