My experience with Loyal has primarily been via email and I have to say that it has been wonderfully positive. Never had to wait long for email responses, always respected my privacy, always gave me answers to my questions, and so far has also given me extra information each and every time. Today he cut and pasted a long document into an email that I hadn't known about and that I hadn't originally even thought to inquire about. Truly above and beyond, and Loyal didn't even want to charge me for it! That is the mark of an honest individual you can count on to help you out when you're in a jam without taking advantage of you. And when you're facing serious credit issues having someone like that in your corner is, well, fantastic. It makes all the difference in the world.
