I have 25 years experience helping teachers and leaders across North America and
Europe tackle tough issues and take decisive action.
I specialize in helping people whose passion is teaching do what they love most AND make a decent living while they're at it.
My clients describe me as easy to talk to, insightful, calming,
understanding, straightforward, and funny.
Over the past two decades, I have taught teachers in both public and private school systems and graduate and undergraduate
students at the University of Texas and St. Edwards University. I have also developed my own courses and trained executives across the US and Europe in Fortune 500 companies
and leading non profit organizations.
I have traveled widely and have ample cross-cultural experience,
including coaching international virtual teams and tutoring foreign scholars and graduate students in challenging business relationships.
In
2001, I coauthored "TEAMWORK IS AN INDIVIDUAL SKILL," a Berrett Kohler
management classic that teaches people how to build skills and
attitudes that help them get more of what they want by working with
others.
My greatest delight is helping individuals create new opportunities for
themselves by using their natural strengths to convert their expertise into new CA$H resources in the global knowledge marketplace.
