With my busy lifestyle, I've done the majority of my shopping and education online for the past 10 years. With my former position as a Team Lead customer service rep for a major cell phone company, I was chosen to respond to our customers' questions via email in an attempt to give our customers more options other than the telephone for getting their questions answered quickly and accurately. E-Commerce has always intrigued me since owning a computer. It offers convenience for busy consumers and increasingly more security and being a part of its advancement is both appealing and exciting to me.
