Negotiated labor contracts, presented arbitration cases; developed plant shutdown strategies and “effects” bargaining parameters; investigated, managed, and resolved EEOC, OSHA, and NLRB allegations, developed strategies during union organizing campaign and, with outside counsel, participated in decertification process; established Standards of Operations at non-union locations; designed and implemented cost effective health care plans; participated in employee counseling/discipline; developed and implemented training for supervisors. Developed and implemented personnel policies and procedures; upgraded recruitment practices; instituted Statutory Compliance programs, including management training; upgraded policies and procedures, including recruitment and selection; administered manpower planning, salary administration, succession planning, and job evaluations, wrote job descriptions and established wage rates; developed and presented supervisory training. As Internal Consultant, assisted in implementation of Organizational Change/TQM process, and employee problem solving teams; Interfaced with Senior Management in strategic planning sessions, including a “Greenfield” project. Supervised Plant Nurse, two (2) administrators, and security force of twelve (12).

He is one of the worst expert's I've ever seen in Live Person. I gave him my assignment bcoz in his profile it showed he is expert in compensation etc, so i thought of giving it to him. I checked customer reviews where most of people gave him 1 star I gave my assignment to him only bcoz i thought he might be able 2 do it since its his profession. By the time when i received my assignment from him it was "COMPLETELY WRONG" All he did was found definitions for different types of compensation and guess what he answered both my questions only in few words.I told him I am university student not a high school student. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM. This expert doesn't know how to do assignment. You will waste ur money & time. It's better to hire someone else for ur work.
