May Perform, job retention duties and monitoring. Manage a caseload of customers, providing services to employed workers. Provides case management with a focus on helping customers obtain employment. Duties may include a combination of the following: intake, interviewing, eligibility verification, referrals to supportive services, employer services, job coaching, job search and orientation/classroom instruction. Facilitates customer access to training, education, and employment services, as well as job-specific information. Ensures that referrals are processed and initial assessments are conducted in a timely manner. Ensures that case documentation meet regulated guidelines.
