For the last 12 years, I have been Managing Director of Profit Dynamics Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in Business Plan preparation and advising clients on strategies for growing their business and/or finding capital. We work with companies at all stages of development, from seed stage on up, across the U.S. and internationally.
I am the author of two highly regarded books on the subject of Venture Capital: “Inside Secrets to Venture Capital” and “Attracting Capital from Angels”, both published by John Wiley & Sons in New York. These books have also been published internationally in Russia and China. My latest book is “Business Plan Basics” a practical step-by-step guide to writing a business plan.

I have completed more than 125 consulting assignments. These have included business plan preparation, reviewing and editing business plans, PowerPoint presentations, and providing assistance with finding and contacting capital sources.
