I have over 23 years experience in commercial real estate finance. I have originated, underwrote and serviced commercial real estate construction and permanent loans both in commercial banks and for private lenders. As a mortgage broker I have arranged commercial real estate loans on behalf of developers and real estate investors through conventional and private lenders. As a CFO for a commercial real estate developer I gained the experience from the owner’s perspective as to what is required in selling, purchasing, leasing and obtaining financing for commercial property.
