Dan currently works for a Marketing Agency where he consults to a preeminent financial institution providing direction and advice on maximizing the efficiency and key metrics for their tele-sales departments. Initiatives he has led for the group include training and development projects, redefining of call flows and dialogue strategies, definition of learning strategies, and change management initiatives.
Prior to that, Dan was a Learning Solutions Designer at a large not-for-profit training company. In this capacity he was responsible for the development of customized course curriculum including the creation of new content, changing of existing course materials, and the selection of appropriate assessment instruments, ancillary items and training media. While in this position, Dan created training curricula for over 200 clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, health and sciences and technology.
Dan also has previous experience in change management work with a large insurance company. where he was responsible for the initiation of Change Leadership Forums which were used as workshops to facilitate the transition of management from managers to leaders. He also played a role on a Relationship Management Team where he monitored the co-sourcing relationship between two organizations.
