33+ years experience working for insurance agents and brokers in the placement and servicing of commercial property and liability insurance coverages for businesses and commercial enterprises of all kinds. 20+ years of teaching commercial property and liability coverage courses to insurance agents and brokers and their staffs. 12+ years as an expert witness to insurance litigation attorneys (both plaintiff and defense) in cases involving insurance agent standard of care issues and coverage disputes. 12+ years as a college instructor teaching business management, communication, human relations, and entrepreneurship courses. 8+ years serving on the board of directors of my state professional society. Member of Who's Who in the Midwest, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs, Society of Certified Property Casualty Underwriters, Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, and the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators
