I have worked in the medical field for over 6 years dealing with health insurance. I am familiar with all aspects of your health plan. I can answer questions about what your benefits are, how to understand why you owe as well as help you to really determine if what your hospital or doctors office is saying you owe..is really what you owe. Did you know that most people just pay the providers (hospitals, doctors) what they are told they owe and never ask for an explanation. Did you know that half of what is paid by you..isn't due. The mistake is the providers. Insurance companies will deny an insurance claim for any reason that will keeep them from having to pay for your services. Providers will simply just forward the bill to you without even refiling your claim! There are many questions to be asked, demand an answer! Many times those claims can be corrected and refiled without you owing a penny. Think what's in the past is just that...the past? I don't think so...regardless of what you have paid it can all be refunded and credited back to you. Let me help you help yourself. Be better prepared the next time you seek medical attention (or for times in your past).
