2. Multi-national company formation guidance to align and enable legal management structure, future offices in 3 countries, treasury and banking strategy and e-governance services.
3. Turn-key set up of US or foreign corporation with corporate admin, board operations and back office administration.
PAST ENGAGEMENTS: I lived in Europe for 7 years as a COUNTRY MANAGER & COUNTRY DIRECTOR for all of Europe in computer solutions for business and vertical application industries.
