It covers your availability ( The time that you are willing to spend everyday/ weekly and analyze the markets ), your trading hours, Your framework on order setting trading only, Selection and use of either the technical or the fundamental indicators ( depending on what you are more comfortable with, both are promising) designing your own entries, exits and stop losses. It requires some homework to design a system but once that, it will be your brainchild.
7) Banks follow certain money management principles. It's important to design your system according to these principles. They help you keep your investments safe. These are must- follow rules and you should attempt to understand them before starting to trade. It involves understanding the correct leverage to use and the implications of using that leverage. You need to calculate how much of ‘anti-movement on a trade’ you can afford so as to keep your account alive.
8) Do you know every individual has a different trading temperament, a different approach and a different risk taking ability? Let me analyze your personality and tell whether or not trading is the right choice for you. Trading needs a temperament. And sadly, not everybody can be a successful trader. There actually is a lot that you can do in forex, besides being just a trader.
9) Now most importantly addressing all losers, have you lost money in the past? Stocks, forex, commodities? Have you given up trading? If yes, you didn't follow a method. I can correct you. Let me develop your style.
Now, let’s cover up my forecasting in a few short sentences. I prefer swing trading, and my attempt is always to catch the sharp reversal points. My signals can produce 100-125 pips on a trade with avg. trade duration of 24-36 hours. Stop-loss on all trades is standard, it is 5 pips. You can look for about 6-7 signals in a month. My signals are expensive as they are based on my own proprietary forecasting theory but you pay for the 1st signal only when you want the second.
