I have a excellent track record to include; in 2007 and 2008, I helped an Independent Hotel company grow Rev Par more than 12% and increase share + 20% year over year! Moreover, not only do I understand the hotel business but I understand huge impact that Revenue Managment has on the bottom/top line, but I also understand the effects that it has on the hotel staff.
