Community Management. My role at LivePerson is to handle expert onboarding (new registrations, verifications) and to ensure the overall quality of our experts' profiles. I also assist in the management of the viral marketing website ReadMyPic specifically for LivePerson's spirituality experts. I deal with the website and all of its included social networking channels (ie: Twitter, Facebook, MySpace).
