The innate ability to see the bond between people and technology. The passion to believe that LivePerson is the place where that bond can be fully developed.
I have over 12 years of experience in client services, product support, and operational efficiencies. I am a native New Yorker and after spending some time out west working for DISH Network and Sun Microsystems, I moved back to NYC in 2002 to work for Time Warner. In the summer of 2008, I met Rob LoCascio and came to work here shortly thereafter.
I am a believer in the impossible...the glass being 1/2 full...and most of all, I believe in people.
