My marketing experience includes marketing and member services plans, business plans, questionnaire design (direct mail and online), market research, web content development, web design development, direct mail, writing and designing marketing collaterals (such as newsletters, brochures, etc.).

Experience & Qualifications

Have worked for as an employee or consultant for small to mid-sized nonprofits, including professional trade associations, schools and other learning institutions, arts-related organizations, professional services firms, marketing and advertising firms,and start-up nonprofits.
I've acted as executive director for two nonprofits, including one nonprofit that I started from the ground up as well as marketing director, member services director, operations director, and marketing/pr/communications consultant.
I have a degree in Business from Geneva College and in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
My biggest strengths are writing and implementing marketing, pr, and member services plans. I am a pro at getting 6 cents out of every nickel. I'm good at evaluating where money is being spent and cutting back (without sacrificing the staff or quality of output) and maximizing resources--which may not necessarily mean people.
I also have corporate experience which actually I've found very useful in doing things like SWOT analysis.
