I founded and for over 20 years was CEO of Creative Solutions Editorial, Inc., a national editorial services agency. I’ve managed thousands of communications-related and learning content projects for a wide range of clients, including publishers, advertising agencies, and high-tech, insurance, and Internet firms throughout North America.
As a seminar leader-trainer and speaker, I design and implement communications workshops and corporate training programs throughout the United States and Canada, and speak regularly on the topics of communication and business development.
And I'm a 7-time published author--all related to words, language, and the production of error-free communications for anyone who finds themselves in the writer, editor, or proofreader role--either professionally, or by necessity.
