My expertise is unusual. Because of my previous legal experience, I look at real estate transactions with a greater degree of depth than the average broker. I know all aspects of real estate transactions: residential, commercial, raw land, etc. and can counsel people with any kind of real estate question. I am particularly good at fashioning solutions to mortgage difficulties.

Admitted to all courts in the State of New York, January 1979;
Admitted to the 2nd Circuit Federal Court 1979;
Have taught real estate qualifying courses both in New York and Florida.
Taught college level Business Law, Human Resource Management and Technical Writing courses in Florida.
Am very competent writer and editor. Can revise letters, plans, brochures.
Am a Member of School District of Indian River County (Florida) Audit Committee.
Am a member of the National Asociation of Realtors,the Florida Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of Indian River County (Florida).
Am a Member of Fordham Law Alumni Association.
Have operated a successful real estate brokerage, concentrating on buyer representation, for over 16 years.
Prior to that,maintained a law practice, concentrating on real estate, in New York, for 12 years.
Have remained a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
