Experience & Qualifications

I have been a real estate investor since graduating from college in 2002. I started out with a 2 bedroom/2 bath lease-option house and worked my way up to co-owning $5mil+ commercial properties.
I have worked as a real estate investing coach since 2004 with a large national "guru" after becoming a "success story" following his coaching program.
I have worked on short sales, subject-to, lease option deals and commercial deals like apartment buildings, shopping centers and office space.
I have participated in raising over $6 million in private capital to fund these deals.
You can do all these things, too, if you have persistence and the right team or partners around you.
If you have been struggling to find success, it's not your fault. Most likely you have been mis-lead by the "guru" market that sells you dreams and hopes without giving you "realistic" expectations and strategies. Investing really does work, but it's not always the bed of roses some trainers would have you believe.
