18 years in the business in Southern California Real Estate. Have bought, fixed, built and moved and sold houses personally. Yes, I said moved. Have done my own work in the past, painting, roofing, electrical and plumbing etc. There's not much I've not been involved with as far as real estate development is concerned. So no one is going to BS me representing you. For my client's I've located anything from small fixers, fixers with additions, lots for single to multi-family projects, land for sub-divisions and condo/townhome projects etc. I've pretty much seen it all and so I know what people have done to succeed and what they've done to fail. This is very important.
