For the last 13 years I have assisted first time homebuyers in qualifying for a mortgage, finding a reputable attorney, finding the right loan product, finding the right realtor, and just helping them succeed with their first real estate purchase without feeling inadequate. I answer all questions pertaining to the entire process from getting qualified to finding the right home and closing the deal. I have knowledge in programs available for first time buyers such as; first home club, grants available, down payment and closing cost assistant programs for first time home buyers. Counseling first time home buyers helps alleviate the pressures of not knowing what to do and feeling alone in the process.

I started in the Real Estate field 13 years ago. Along with this field I landed a job with a not for profit where I was able to counsel clients, one on one. In that session I would discuss the entire process from qualifying for a mortgage to closing the deal. I also held seminars, classes for employors, businesses and other affliates.
