I am a licensed real estate broker, and licensed instructor. I am licensed in both NY, and NJ. I have a background in residential sales, commercial sales, shortsales, foreclosure, and REO's. Currently I work with several different companies to provide BPO's, and other valuation services. My background gives me a wide variety of knowledge in real estate. I not only have practical knowledge of the business, I also have a well versed knowledge of the laws that govern the practice of real estate. In my career I have also worked as a field trainer/mentor for new sales agents coming into the business.
