I provide training to beginning landlords, accidental landlords, and experienced landlords. I also consult homeowner association boards, association members, and real estate professionals about best management practices and procedures in residential property management.

Experience & Qualifications
|
|
24 years of experience managing residential property including apartments, single family homes, and condo and townhome associations. I also own rental property. I teach many classes on topics as varied as association board training, rental management, marketing and leasing for small rental investors, and dealing with difficult tenants. I created and also present the seminar "The Accidental Landlord" to people who cannot sell their homes and wish to rent them while they wait for better market conditions. The class has been advocated by several communities in our area for new rental licensees. I have earned the CRM and ACCAM accreditations from our state's Multi Housing Association where I also teach many classes. I am Vice President of Rental Management Services for my company. I love to teach and spend most of my day guiding, explaining, and consulting in the field of residential property management.
