I began my legal career as a legal secretary in the 1980s and have worked for both large and small firms, including the largest law firm in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I obtained my paralegal degree in 2001, although I worked as a paralegal for many years prior to obtaining my degree. Areas of law in which I have experience include estate planning & administration, real estate, business law, personal injury, medical malpractice and litigation. I am also experienced in payroll, payroll taxes, accounts payable and accounts receivable. I am Internet proficient as well as being proficient in many document storage and retrieval softwares and various timekeeping softwares.
