Hi, my name is Kathy Sanders and I’m the owner of Sanders Bookkeeping Services, LLC.
I think every business, no matter how small, should have access to affordable, high quality accounting/bookkeeping services. Having accurate financial records is imperative for the long-term success of any company. But just having accurate financial reports is not enough; you must understand them and be able to use the information they provide to increase the profitability of your company. And that is what I will help you do.
Let me tell you a little about my background. My accounting career goes back 20 plus years to when I was a manager for a national retail shoe store. From there I worked my way up the corporate ladder holding titles such as business manager, controller; all within the scope of accounting and financial management.
Along the way I received a few degrees, most notably, an MBA with finance. Additionally, I have taken several courses and certifications, and became a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor. Since I worked my way up the accounting career ladder, I do have practical experience in all aspects of accounting. I didn’t just read about how it should work in school, I actually know how it should be done.
I began doing consulting work on the side when colleagues came to me with questions about using Quickbooks or needed help preparing their tax returns. I quickly came to the conclusion that helping business owners with their accounting needs was what I really wanted to do.
