Coaching is a "relationship which is designed and defined in an agreement between a client and a coach. It is based on the client's expressed interests, goals and objectives."
Now, that sounds all very good, but what does that mean for your relationship with our coaches?
Before they come to us, people find themselves asking the following questions:-

When you bring any concerns that you have about your relationships, values, business, beliefs, career, finance, guilt or fear (the list is endless!), we will bring care, skill, training, experience and absolute confidentiality!
Transformational Coaching is an action-oriented process and focuses on the present and the future. We use several methods which increase awareness and success in transforming your life. Together we work out your plan, which has elements of goal setting and is proactive with an emphasis on goal achievement - we are committed to your journey, however, you are ultimately responsible for actions taken (or not taken) in your life throughout the process.
As you want more self awareness and self improvement, we will help you realise this as well as help you realise that you truly can be, do or have anything that you want. We will be with you every step of the way as you turn that realisation into your reality. The format of weekly or fortnightly sessions, face to face or over the phone, sustains your enthusiasm and determination to ensure that the results are lasting beneficial changes unlike the temporary high that can follow a seminar or motivational talk.
We will lead you through all the areas of your life, mind, body and emotional, without judgment or criticism.

For 18 years Bianca has worked in the financial services industry in several environments: marketing, recruitment, client services, funds management, financial planning and corporate banking. During her career, Bianca implemented coaching and mentoring tools as well as development plans aligned with key performance indicators for individuals as well as teams in the workplace. Bianca cross-trained staff within a team to introduce variety, increase knowledge and understanding of each other's roles and boost team morale.
Bianca is a member of the International Coaching Federation (#1038515) and the Australian Businesswomen's Network. Bianca is an accredited Success Coach and holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is a Justice of the Peace.
