I am Amazing Coach, Experienced life coach; significant formal coaching studies & qualifications combined with real world experience. I offer my services void of judgement, providing friendly and supportive help and advice I have partnered with clients from all walks of life to help them gain perspective and achieve their goals. Building Self-Esteem is a key component to being comfortable in all situations, work, family, social or in the general community.
| I have worked with many clients where their self-esteem was starting to have a negative impact on their work and daily interactions with colleagues and managers.
I have also coached clients on highly sensitive personal matters such as destructive & unhealthy relationships, marital issues, lack of social network and a general lack of purpose in life. |
have encountered many people who suffer from lonliness and I personally believe that this is one of the worst emotions someone can experience. At the heart of this matter is often a lack of self esteem and self worth, where the individual starts to pull away from more and more activity, thereby making the problem worse.
