We do not choose our sexuality, but others may treat you as such, with this your self confidence may be low and you need to talk. I am and still work closely with others, in this field. Self esteem is what we are, how we look at ourselves. I can and will help you to be who you are, live how you want, and not allow the words of others to hurt you, you will be able to walk with your head high and proud to be the person you are. No matter the way you see yourself, or your sexual orientation.
We all experience problems with self-esteem at certain times in our lives. When, how and where we fit into the world. The good news is that, because everyone's self-image changes over time, self-esteem is not fixed for life. So if you feel that your self-esteem isn't all it could be, you can improve it.

We work to with you so you can get your self esteem back, no matter the hurtful words you may hear or heard, from friends and family. I can help you to understand that your lifestyle, is yours. Its yours to build from, and it will be yours to decide how happy you can truly be. Self esteem teaches you to love your self, as it is well known, to love yourself allows you to love others. You have to love yourself in order to be able to give 100% to your chosen partner. And friends.
