My experience covers working with teenagers, college students, young adults in lock up, volunteers and professionals such as teachers, head teachers, social workers, youth workers and community leaders. I work with people to discover what are the barriers that have impacted them from moving ahead or taking themselves to the next level. I lead trainings both residential and nonresidential, both large group and one to one. I tell people up front that I don't have any anwsers they do! I have worked in Belgium, Bermuda, Holland, Sweden, Northern Ireland and the UK as well as many states here in the US.
