Personally, I'm living proof that coaching works! I am living my dreams today because of what I learned in coaching. And, I'm just a regular person...I'm a remarried mom of 4 great kids in a blended family and I'm passionate about good food, good friends, reading, writing, and sailing.
I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
