Self-esteem drops when we believe things that are not true. It happens while we are distracted and caught up in a movie we play in our heads repeatedly. At these times, we look for "proof" to validate the false beliefs.
In our sessions, lights will start to come on. You will start to feel freedom and relief where you didn't know freedom and relief were possible.
For example, we will look at how you feel in different situations, identify the related false belief and explore the truth.
New understandings dissolve blocks and give you freedom and peace where anxiety, shyness and fear once stopped you from having what you want and deserve.
You will begin to have confidence to approach anyone, express ideas, speak your mind, make requests, as well as feel comfortable in your skin at all times. You will feel good about the social and professional contributions you make.
You will begin to realize that you are worthy of everything that you desire. You will grow to know that you have the ability to get what you desire in all areas of your life, absolutely.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been successfully coaching and consulting on ontological, psychological, metaphysical, and interpersonal dynamics since 1987.
I was inspired by intense coursework and training which ingrained fundamental awareness that signicantly boosts self esteem. They included Landmark Education's Mastery of Empowerment; Presentation, Negotiation and Enrollment; The Communications Course; and The Introduction to the Forum Leaders Program courses.
