Since 1998, I have served as a Personal Life Coach helping individuals feel good about themselves and life. I use healing modalities specifically designed to removed limiting beliefs, and negative emotions and conditioning for fast, dramatic results. I work in the area of Beliefs. What I have experienced is Core Beliefs (conscious and subconscious) are very powerful and have a major affect upon us. Our Core Beliefs determine our thoughts, thinking, perceptions, feelings, actions and what we manifest. So working on Core Beliefs have proven to be for me the fastest way to upgrade a person's life. I also practice traditional coaching methods to support my clients accelerated growth.

Over the past 10 years, I have trained with a variety of teachers in the field of behavior change, spirituality and holistic healing. I attended Coach University, classes at the Hudson Institute and Landmark Education, certified as an Advanced Wavemaker Coach, trained in the Twelve Core Dynamics of Common Problems, Theta Healing and mastered Pure Awareness Techniques as outlined in The Power of HOW.
