Relationships are one of the hardest challenges we have. Learning how to communicate effectively in relationships is not so easy for many people. We often expect the other person to know what we are thinking and feeling. We operate often in fear and hold back the truth. People even tend to do as much as they can to make the other person happy, and wonder why when it doesn’t work, what else they could have done, they gave everything to that relationship. What was missing was Communication.
Often the language we use to describe things is misinterpreted or misunderstood and this can cause conflict and can create havoc. How any times have you said but…that’s not what I meant, it came out wrong.
Many times people just open their mouth and talk and go on and on trying to get the message across, and the other person just doesn’t get it.
You get exhausted repeating yourself over and over.
Many people attack the other person when they get hurt and scream and yell and demand and get annoyed etc, when the person does not respond the way we want them too. But have you ever thought that maybe you are not communicating to them in a way they understand clearly what you want?
Well did you know that we have over 3million bits of information that enters our mind per second? That’s a whole lot of data and your mind tries to make sense of it, so in order to do this it has to delete some information, it will distort some information and generalize some.
As an example, think back to an event where you and other people saw and you both recount different things, both are potentially right.
So if you are having difficulty in getting the message across, then let me help you with that.

The best and fastest way I get results for my clients is to work on the context and no so much on the content. Our mind is amazing and has many different ways of storing information. Have you ever been in a good mood or happy and then something just triggered you, what was that, it could have been a number of things, it could have been building over time and it was the last thing that triggered you. It's hard to give such experiences a definitive label. It wouldn't do you justice.
Through a simple process of questioning you and speaking directly with your subconscious mind, we can get deep inside your program and look at what is really happening. This is where real change happens.
Putting a band-aid on the surface which would be like looking at your behaviour will only have a short term affect, we want to get right inside and get the root cause for the problems you are experiencing. We want to get positive resources and strengths’ you can use in your life today and well into the future. We will create lasting change by looking deep within the mind and the motivation behind the behaviours.

Maree Zimny is a Certified International NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy™. Teacher in Spiritual realms and Quantum Physic application. She assists people in the transformation of their mindsets within organisations to achieve focus, clarity, results and action with a passionate attitude. She has a strong background in the corporate world of Financial Markets. She spent over 18 years in the corporate world developing business processes, communication, management, coaching and training skills. Maree applied her skills throughout her working career and worked her way up the corporate ladder from a secretary to a portfolio dealer for a large international Funds Management company where she helped manage NZD $13B of Funds Under Management. In June 2003 she worked with a wealth creation education company as a Wealth Coach/Mentor & Facilitator. This gave her the opportunity to further utilise her investment, business and coaching skills. Maree was able to apply her wealth of knowledge and skills to people wanting to create personal wealth, through shares, property and businesses.
During her corporate career, Maree became a self-motivated, results driven, outcome focused leader and trainer. She developed a strong background in analysis, strategic and lateral thinking, managing staff, coaching, mentoring, facilitating and training. She developed her extensive knowledge and skills in the competitive Finance & Investment environment. Maree skills are broad based and results orientated. She applies an innovative approach to achieving business objectives. Maree also went on to do a Business Development Managers role for a major software company, where within the 2nd month she broke the all time sales record by 80%. Maree puts the major success down to the tools and skills developed through NLP.
Maree now specialises in executive, life, wealth and business coaching. She constantly looks at where the market is and what skills are necessary to make the difference in you, the team and the businesses bottom dollar. Not only has Maree established a successful business within the Coaching arena, she has also set up a network of people to assist you in your wealth creation area. It’s about getting off the treadmill and Busting Loose from the Money Game.
