Worked as a Social Worker with the State in Foster Care. Worked as a Master's Level Therapist using MST (Multisystemic Therapy based model) to help families live successfully together. Supervised counselors providing therapy to families. I spent several years in the Military and can certainly assist you with finding a better you. I will be your expert mentor through your journey and we together can identify what is driving you to have low self-esteem and work towards your goal together.
