Many of the challenges we face in business are psychological. Our success can be limited by our feelings about our various business activities and work roles. Self limiting beliefs can also prevent us from performing certain of our roles effectively and can even interfere with the satisfaction we derive from our work.
Understanding those we work with, as well as those who are our clients or our products' consumers is another area where psychology must be drawn upon. Communicating such that our message is effective and actually heard, accepted, and understood by those people we interact with in our business lives is yet an additional aspect of being successful in business where psychological insight can be useful.
This is where I come in. I am a coach with doctoral training in psychology and years of experience as a therapist. Helping people move beyond psychological barriers is what I do. I can help you identify, understand and move beyond the personal hurdles that hold you back.
My experience and training have also resulted in a well tuned understanding of, and ability to quickly assess people's psychological styles; how different individuals process information, what communication approaches they are most receptive to, what their "hot buttons" are etc. If better communication or better relationships with the various parties to your business is a goal, I can help you gain understanding and fine tune your interactions such that they are more successful.
I provide a space where the focus is fully on you – your life, your dreams, your goals, your struggles, your concerns. You will find that I am an attentive sounding board; someone who will listen without judgment, ask the right questions and help you clarify your thoughts and desires.
