Be Clear! I offer fast action-oriented coaching and consulting that can support your development without wasting your time or money. Tobacco cessation and weight and fitness management are often where clients first connect with me. Though my practice includes individuals and organizations working to achieve a spectrum of visions and goals that produce consistent and sustainable results. A few of the methods or tools that I use include action-oriented CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technolgy, Space Work, Bohmian Dialogue, Action Research, and Leadership Development, etc.
As an Action-oriented Coach and Consultant, my focus is strengths-based holistic wellness, what works, and supporting my clients in getting more of what they want to facilitate excellence. Put differently, with an educational foundation of Positive Psychology and Social and Quantum Science, I facilitate strengths-based wellness and whole-system design rather than deficit-based healing and problem solving.
While I won’t do the work for you, I will facilitate you to quickly assess and identify the issue and what barriers are keeping you, your organization, and/or project from being where you want to be. From tobacco cessation, to weight and fitness management, to business development, and organizational and social change projects, we can weigh your options and develop realistic next steps so that you have a clear plan to work with. You can be heard and fully listened to! You can be supported and called to action. You can be in a place of expanded possibilities and options to help you make the change that you want to make and/or effectively navigate the change(s) that you are in.
I use several methods. For one-time interactions, I use the brief intervention model of action-oriented coaching. This option is often used by individuals wanting support with tobacco cessation, weight management, and performance improvement. For ongoing work, I schedule a formal intake and assessment so that you can further explore your life, dreams, goals, struggles, and concerns. The method(s) support short and long-term transitions and goals (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Space Work, Bohmian Dialogue, Performance and Executive Coaching, etc.). I listen attentively without judgment. I ask key questions to clarify your thoughts and desires. I do not problem solve. Instead, I support you et al in developing your clarity, strength, and motivation to attain your preferred outcome.
