Coaching individuals having success in identifying and reaching their career and personal goals is something I have had many years of experience and success.
I was the president of a mental health agency for 25 years and employed over 250 staff members. During this time I was personally involved in coaching hundreds of staff identify new vocational and personal goals so that they could enjoy promotions within the company and lead more fulfilled lives.
I have post-graduate degree in family therapy and have participated in over 30 professional Coaching seminars.
Coaching individuals in identifying their career and personal goals is fulfilling and in which I have enjoyed a great deal of success.

During the time I was president of a mental health agency I integrated personal coaching into our programs and services for over 250 employees. With over 25 years of experience coaching individuals identify new vocational and personal goals I have had continued success as I was able to help people grow within the organization and become more fulfilled and happy people. Coaching individuals was a natural progression in my career as a mental health counselor for children, adolescents, adults and families. Very often, people who felt they needed counseling realized that professional coaching would better meet their needs.
Coaching is one of my personal and professional additions to my private practice in mental health counseling.
