As your coach it will be a combination of both a career coach and a life coach. This combination allows you to strive further in your career because of the healthy lifestyle that is supporting it. In the area of career coaching we focus on your success by focusing on your goals, getting you to ask for what you deserve, knowing what you want, and developing your ability to reach these goals in a workplace.
As your Life Coach, we work on increasing your leadership ability, creating clarity in your goals and attaining those that are most important to you. We partner to decrease your stess, while allowing you to develop tools to enhance your success.
Recognizing the parts of you that create the whole package such as taking care of yourself, consuming healthy nutrients, understanding what stress feels like in your body will allow you to be prepared for every work day!

I have enjoyed a successful, private coaching practice for over 3 years. Previously I worked as a Vice President in a public staffing firm managing a staff of 70 employees. I then became a consultant and eventually a business coach. I have successfully led my clients to triumph over their own difficulties and improve their daily lives. We work together and become a team focused on their success at home and work. With the motto of 'Win at Work. Win at Life."
