21 years in operational management, managing continual change, coaching training. During this time, I managed an organization of up to 1,100, with a staff of 9 managers reporting to me. My annual budget was $15M. My specialization is in management training and coaching, preparing and implementing plans, process and system design and implementation. With one program alone, I saved my company over $50m in the first 5 years, with an innovative approach to process and systems. Also, during this time I facilitated numerous reorganizations which entailed education and deployement of transistion management both at the organizational level and personal level. I'm very adept at working with managers and individual contributors in developing success strategies for themselves and their organization
