I am currently working at an outpatient mental health program; as an outpatient clinical therapist poviding counseling services to individuals, couples and families. I also work as a Behavior Specialist Consultant at a BHRS program providing services to children, adolescents and young adults up to 21 years of age with behavioral problems. My work is devoted to empowering others in distress or in difficult situations. I do this by providing encouragement and support; engendering hope; confidence; increasing insight of the underlying causes of the symptom or problem; while also focusing on positive thinking and on the unique strengths of individuals and families in order to assist them to adopt a "can do attitude", that can promote change and growth to find a successful path forward in re-establishing yourself and leading a rewarding lifestyle.

I am direct and do not sugar coat. If you want to be told what you want to hear, then please choose another Counselor. Also don't come to me and expect a free session, as no often offends.
