I am a spiritual life coach who blends the best of two worlds: as an experienced intuitive with over 4000 online consulting sessions, my practice is underscored by professional training and education in psychology and life coaching. As an ordained metaphysical minister, I am uniquely qualified to apply her blend of powerful intuition and practical problem solving to clients with difficult issues to address.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology and I have Certificates in Assertiveness am currently completing my coaching certification at Coaching Training Alliance and finishing my PHd in Holistic Life Coaching with the Unerversity of Sedona. I have been featured in the Toronto Sun, on Breakfast Television and on Shaw Community Cable. I have provided life-skills workshops on self-esteem, confidence building, to many community organizations and businesses.

What is Life Coaching?
I believe that life coaching is about helping you create a life path, designed by you, that is
passion-filled, vibrant and balanced.
Life coaching does not give you answers. Rather, it generates questions. Your
responses are a vital part of the journey you will take to get from where you are now to
where you want to be.
A life coach provides these questions, listens to you as you work out the answers, and
offers guidance and support. With life coaching you will discover and attain what you
most want out of life.
Life coaching focuses on your future potential so you can live your best life.
Who Needs Life Coaching?
The reality is that we can all benefit from life coaching. Who hasn’t imagined a life with
greater career fulfillment, more free time, closer relationships with family and friends, and
fun and interesting pastimes?
Can you see yourself living that life? How would you feel if you knew you could create
that life right now?
It is a magical feeling when we know that, with the right guidance, we can design the life
we want.
Why Life Coaching for Women
My life coaching practice focuses on women of all sizes and all backgrounds.
I decided to work with women for many reasons: women often sell themselves
short; they often put their needs second to those of their family and friends; in
caring so much for others, they often leave their own dreams unfulfilled.
Life coaching can give women balance and harmony, and show them how to
achieve a life that is rich and rewarding. I invested time in myself by working
with a life coach.
That experience inspired me to coach other women so they
can live life to the fullest and never have regrets about what could have been.
My Approach to Life Coaching
My approach to life coaching mirrors my approach to my own life. It is about
living holistically.
It is about balance. It is about harmony. It is about not being ashamed to shine
your divine light unto the world.
I believe we can all benefit from shaking things up a little. I believe we all need
to laugh more. I believe that we are all stronger than we realize.
And I believe in sharing my expertise and experience with other women
so they can learn about themselves and create the best life possible.
What Life Coaching is Like
In a life coaching session, the coach draws out information from deep inside you. The
coach opens your mind to places you may have been afraid to explore; places that were
inaccessible, or even invisible, to you before the coaching process began.
The approach used by life coaches involves questions, discussion and, ultimately, a plan
for action. Coaches do not judge. They focus on you and your successes as they guide
you to face your challenges and overcome obstacles.
How is Life Coaching Different from Counselling?
Life coaching is not counselling. It is different because it is based on the premise that the
client is whole and knows herself better than any one.
In our culture we are taught that we should be ‘fixed’ and focus on what we’ve done in
the past.
Book stores are overrun with self-help books that tell us to keep it safe or advise us not
to dream because we need to stay in the box that has been made for us. In the end, we
stop believing in ourselves.
Life coaching discards these notions. It is a co-creative process that aims squarely for
the future, helping and supporting you as you choose a new perspective and establish
new beliefs.
Life coaching also helps you identify and live from your strengths.
With life coaching, you will learn how to celebrate who you are.
You will see your gifts.
You will embrace your uniqueness.
You will develop a plan of action.

My connection with O is very strong and very deep. But, there's times when she answers my questions and yet I struggle to accept them because they didnt fit the "predetermined" ending I had already laid out for myself. However, what I've learned this last year is if I dont attempt to spin and or control her 'replies" and instead trust with my heart to light the way for me the "guidance" I seek her out for is provided and my life is better for having trusted her. In summary she's just a great great person........and I'm happy to know and love her.

I find Ophelia to always be kind and informative. She listens to both what I'm saying and to what she's "feeling" as she reads for me. I always enjoy our sessions and will continue to contact her as she's very accurate!
