I am an applied behavioral scientist with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve peak performance. I have experience both as a career coach, and as someone who was impacted by downsizing twice during the 2001-2002 recession.
I specialize in career search, workplace conflict, and professional growth consultation.
My normal hours are 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm EST. Mon- Wed or by appointment.

Throughout the course of my career I have help everyone from C level executives in Fortune 500 organizations who want to be better leaders and new managers who want to know where to start, to friends and family who are trying to decide on the right career change. I am regular author and conference speaker, including delivering the key note address at the 2006 Global Business and Finance Research Conference in London. My graduate work has focused on organization development and industrial and organizational psychology.
